KELLOGG GARDEN ORGANICS TOMATO,

VEGETABLE & HERB FERTILIZER

(4-6-3)

Specially formulated granular fertilizer for all your vegetable and herb gardening needs.

  • Dry granules for easy application
  • Slow-release formula works for up to 8 weeks for fewer applications

KELLOGG GARDEN ORGANICS TOMATO, VEGETABLE & HERB FERTILIZER is a granular fertilizer for all your vegetable and herb gardening needs. This special formula is an organic mix of beneficial microbes, and mycorrhizae, a beneficial fungus that works with a plant’s root system to help it effectively take up nutrients from the soil.

TOMATO, VEGETABLE AND HERB FERTILIZER also contains kelp meal, a great source of important micronutrients and macronutrients that will give your veggie plants an extra boost. This fertilizer is specially formulated to provide 4% nitrogen for abundant leaf and stem growth, 6% phosphorus for abundant blooms and a bigger harvest of above-ground crops, and 3% potassium for overall plant health.

Proven Organic
All of our products are listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI), the leading non-profit, internationally recognized third party accredited by the USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP). That means every ingredient and every process that goes into making our products has been verified 100% compliant as organic, all the way to the original source. Look for the OMRI logo on the bag, ensuring every product is proven organic.

APPLICATION RATE:

New plantings – 1 ½ cups per 10 square feet

Established plantings – 1 cup per 10 square feet, every two months
Containers – 2 Tbs for every six inch of pot diameter, every two months

Making fertilizer tea is very simple:

  1. Fill a 5 Gal. bucket with water and let sit for 24-hours, allowing for the chlorine to gas-off.
  2. Add 1 cup of granulated fertilizer for every 1 gallon of water in the bucket.
  3. Stir gently and let the solution sit uncovered for another 24 hours.
  4. Using a cheese-cloth or material that will act as a strainer, pour the liquid contents into another bucket.
  5. Use this liquid solution (the tea), to water your plants as normal or use as a foliar feed on the plant.  Pour approximately 2-3 cups per 1-2 gallon size plant.
  6. Take the strained fertilizer solids and “mulch” around the drip-zone of the plant(s) you are fertilizing.
